What do you put on a Philly Cheesesteak ??

The times I’ve been to Philadelphia and this is years ago, it was the meat, peppers, onions and provolone with a liquid cheese from a bottle. Best place was a cart by the old Veterans Stadium. Like a NYC hot dog cart. Grilled to order.

I have never been to an authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak place ( in Philly). The ones they make here have the steak, grilled onions and bell peppers, miracle whip, cheese ( I like pepper jack), and mild green chilis. It's good!

Pineapple??

I like a little mayo, raw onions and provolone. Toast it in the oven a bit to melt the cheese

I don’t know what a Philly cheesesteak is really but on an ordinary steak I usually put peppercorn, mayonnaise or burger sauce on a steak.

When you're in philly it's just a cheesesteak. fried onion, salt, pepper, one line of catsup.
