What should we prepare when facing recession on 2023?

Ummm. Basically I have no guidelines of live survival in modern world.
I an adult but still dumb and I am very scared and paranoia some shit losing income/money if I am facing recession next year.

Adults here probably around 40 above have face this kind of event. What happen at that time?
Any tips to survive next year?
Recession is normal ,this circle of expansion and contraction always happens and everyone will experience at least one in their lifetime. It actually can have many benefits such as cool off the economy and balance costs because an increase in U (unemployment) results in a decrease in inflation (okuns law), encourage saving which gives a return to savers when IR is high , etc etc etc.
So basically save , spend less and make better spending changes (no brand name products or big brand name products, less purchasing of durable goods etc.) Budget ,which is always good to do ,and consumer less ,which is also always good to do

Make sure you have a job and a cheap place to live. Losing money as rent or mortgage is the biggest bleed that exists in recession survival. People often stubbornly refuse to accept the possibility of downsizing or moving. People with a large rental often refuse to accept the possibility of taking on a room mate.

If your vehicle has a monthly payment, consider buying a cheap used car instead, or, if you live close enough to your employment, use a bicycle or public transportation.

Making these two big changes will free up quite a bit of money, and you should be able to continue to pay for your heat, electricity, and food with the dollar difference.

My recommendation is start shopping "intentionally." What I mean by that, is if you haven't already, start your shopping at the Dollar Tree or any other dollar store, and buy what you need starting there. Obviously, they don't carry all the brands and not all the sizes everyone might require, but it's a good start for some essential and nonessential items.
Then move on to discount stores like Walmart and try to save money there. Then as a last resort, move on to the grocery stores and pharmacies, these are the most expensive, but if you must buy there, save it for only the items you can't live without.
Don’t take on anymore debt would be the main one

Everything is going to be okay. Physically responsible measures are in place.some better than others and in North American citizenry must all put your oar in the water and row that boat into the market correction without cutting spending

Everything that happens, happens in a cycle. So whatever you learn keep it till next time. 2000,2009,2023.
Save as much as you can, frugal/cheaper options. be kind of on watch with your job/layoffs… cut out entertainment/extra money cost
Focus on the what you need not what you want.

Yeah, here's a big one. This isn't going to last forever, especially with people in charge who don't blindly worship concepts like trickle down economics.

You're way too old to be starting out your post with "Ummm."

Oh, I'm fine! It's not me who's the mental midget in this conversation!
Either change your username age in your profile to match your mentality, or change your mentality to match your age. It's one or the other.

@swirlie Says someone who had lewd pfp.
Or maybe you should leave my post.
You should act mature by your age instead harrasing and bullying other people.
