What should we prepare when facing recession on 2023?

Ummm. Basically I have no guidelines of live survival in modern world.
I an adult but still dumb and I am very scared and paranoia some shit losing income/money if I am facing recession next year.

Adults here probably around 40 above have face this kind of event. What happen at that time?
Any tips to survive next year?

Make sure you have a job and a cheap place to live. Losing money as rent or mortgage is the biggest bleed that exists in recession survival. People often stubbornly refuse to accept the possibility of downsizing or moving. People with a large rental often refuse to accept the possibility of taking on a room mate.

If your vehicle has a monthly payment, consider buying a cheap used car instead, or, if you live close enough to your employment, use a bicycle or public transportation.

Making these two big changes will free up quite a bit of money, and you should be able to continue to pay for your heat, electricity, and food with the dollar difference.
