What should we prepare when facing recession on 2023?

Ummm. Basically I have no guidelines of live survival in modern world.
I an adult but still dumb and I am very scared and paranoia some shit losing income/money if I am facing recession next year.

Adults here probably around 40 above have face this kind of event. What happen at that time?
Any tips to survive next year?

Recession is normal ,this circle of expansion and contraction always happens and everyone will experience at least one in their lifetime. It actually can have many benefits such as cool off the economy and balance costs because an increase in U (unemployment) results in a decrease in inflation (okuns law), encourage saving which gives a return to savers when IR is high , etc etc etc.
So basically save , spend less and make better spending changes (no brand name products or big brand name products,less purchasing of durable goods etc.) Budget ,which is always good to do ,and consumer less ,which is also always good to do
