Trump won more than the Presidency!

Harris has accepted the loss. Biden will transition peacefully. Republicans will have nearly full control. They said we were the evil ones…the violent ones…pushing our agenda on everyone. We were responsible for every bad thing happening in the world. Yet, now that Trump won, their rage still continues and we are licking our wounds peacefully. Will it ever end?
eMortal · M
A fascist regime needs the illusion of constant threats to keep the base in line. People at the base needs to know they're fighting for a just cause; fighting against evil forces. To North Korea for instance the USA is that Evil force.
@Livingwell True. The Republican Party we grew up with has been gone for a while as it was intentionally steered into more and more extreme waters.

As I have often posted...you know something is wrong when Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney are branded as "too liberal"! THAT tells you how far the Republican Party has veered to the Right.
JollyRoger · 70-79, M

@Livingwell You noticed that! And also when Obama was President.... He couldn't pass any legislation due to the illogical impass created by Congress. America has suffered long and lost much in stature due to partisan politics. I'd really like to see tRump "make America great again", but I'm just not sure how he's going to be able to do it without doing more harm and losing more international credibility in the process. Let's just hope that he has had an epiphany about how to be a politician (and a diplomat).
@JollyRoger

Would that that could happen!

They also say the love "freedom." As long as it's the right kind of freedom.
Certain types of people need enemies to exist. It's who they can blame, hate and oppress. Some aren't happy unless others are worse off. It's the bastion of the weakest, most ignorant and most malleable. Fear drives their train. So don't ever let a MAGA tell you they're strong. They're not. They're weak.
Ynotisay · M
@PlatonicSquirelFriends Nope. That's not how it works. I'm not the one supporting someone who is seeking to take away the rights of others. I'm not the one who voted for a convicted felon and sexual abuser. I'm not the one who supports a President calling Americans vermin and enemies.
I will ABSOLUTELY use a broad brush stroke to paint EVERY one of his voters. No hesitation. He's a threat to Democracy and peoples lives. If you voted for him I'm SURE there's some level of hate, blame, anger and a desire to hurts others in YOUR heart. There's nothing else in it for you. We could talk policy all I day, and I'd tell why that is, but it's not about policy this time. It's about integrity, character, compassion and optimism. If you don't have those things then that's on you. I don't care. You're not alone. But I do and that's why I can say what I said and feel justified in saying it. And I also feel justified in saying I don't give two fucks what ANY MAGA supporter thinks. About anything. I refuse to get pulled down to that level.

@PlatonicSquirelFriends We got here bc DJT will never be able to satisfy his dead father or his own desire for adulation.

It was the Republicans who started demonizing Democrats with Gingrich. It was an open split where the Republicans started turning their backs on governing. The Tea Party was a precursor to the likes of MTG or Bobert(?sp)--people with strongly-held, but ill-held convictions.
black4white · 56-60, M
This will never end because now everything is blamed on the previous administration and after that it’s blamed on a different group of people then a different group until all groups have been blamed when in fact these people need to look in the mirror and get rid of the me me me attitude
Confined · 56-60, M
@black4white No one is taking away womens rights. Matter of fact women make up the majority. They have the power to change the laws. The Supreme court gave the Individual states the power to decide for themselves. Im pro life myself, however, if by in large, women want to change the law they need to go to the goveners of each state and give them hell untill they see the light. If nothing else I want to give doctors the ok to do what is right in a bad situation.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@Confined only partially true. If 10 unarmed women take on 1 man with an assault weapon, who will lose? Unless , of course, we get naked. Then we may conquer since most know what a man thinks with! Hate to make light of this but right now, it’s all I’ve got to survive!
black4white · 56-60, M
@Confined yeah in theory you are right but in actuality WRONG… why try to have a national abortion ban? WHO the efff cares what some one else does with their body? Why don’t we have an every man gets semen collected then get a vasectomy and they freeze your sperm? Why not hold men more accountable… we just elected a convict for sexual assault on multiple women so that shows you how much women are valued in our society
It's all theirs now. The country belongs to Trump and maga to do everything they ever wanted to do to it. There shouldn't be anymore Dems are destroying the country posts, Democrats are now inconsequential and can do nothing.
I'll bet there's suddenly a giant hole in their lives.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@robingoodfellow It's a big responsibility! Beg the appropriate diety to guide them on a righteous path to the benefit of all Americans everywhere. May (insert deity here) guide and protect us all. ... Amen!
Ynotisay · M
@robingoodfellow It's a good point. Without their enemies they have nothing. What they will have, just like last time, is a failed President, with no interest in leading and helping, driving the country in to the ditch. And then, as always, Democrats come in, clean it up and then, because they're 'enemies,' they'll be voted out. History shows that to be true. It's not about policy. It's about feeeeeelings.
ron122 · 41-45, M
The only rage I see is coming from the Bozo's that actually thought Kumala could win.
Aysel · F
@LordShadowfire I predict you will find yourself back in prison soon.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@ron122 where do you see rage in my post?
Carla · 61-69, F
They wish for rage, @Handfull1. They hoped for protests in the streets to turn violent. They are not getting that fuzzy, warm, owning the libs feels that they fantasized about.
Jake966 · 56-60, M
Drain that swamp !
gol979 · 41-45, M
@Handfull1 If people cannot control themselves when some corporate puppet gets selected then they have serious issues. Its childish tbh.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@gol979 unfortunately they can’t!
Jake966 · 56-60, M
@Handfull1 I hope they can do something
This fever of Fascism will have to have its run, but we have seen the Constitution failing us...Madison et al. never considered such a confluence of attacks from within.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@SomeMichGuy Can't blame people who lived in the 1700s to predict Nazifascism. If anything, the constitution should've been updated at the very least after the 1940s. The forefathers never intended it to be immutable.
@Elessar True, but they never figured the electorate would vote like this and THEY figured the Exec would be a check on the Legislature!

And never figured the SCotUS wouls reWRITE the Constitution.
TheShanachie · 61-69, M
It’s so weird, they still want to provoke us they cannot be happy. If we had won we’d have no time to even bother them.
@TheShanachie Yes, I think the two sides in this instance are very different. I've never seen a mass effort to "own the cons."

Sure some people voted for Trump because of particular issues, but the malevolence was something even those who didn't embrace it had to recognize.

I look at it or try a little easier for me. Either way every election the world will end, depending what sideline you're on. I like to think the world is my playground just be kind do my thing. I personally experienced that no matter who it was, it never ruined the fun with my kid, or gf. My job never ruined, so i just imagine it'll be ok. Again just sharing my experience and maybe dumb way to see it. Go lions!
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@Asianpersuasion at least you have the Lions!
Asianpersuasion · 36-40, C
@Handfull1 truly a blessing i won't take for granted.

There was never any doubt that if Biden/Harris/Walz did not win that they wouldn't transition peacefully without trying to start a civil war like Trump did on Jan 6 2021. Trump on the other hand....

Heritage Foundation and the other big backers of GOP do not want Trump in the chair - they want someone like Vance.
@zonavar68 yeah like they did in 2016 vowing to arrest him before he even hit office, running a Russian election interfernce hoax and corrupting the legal system into lawfare

Aysel · F
🤔 Republicans are not raging.

The Democrats are, and your post is proof of that. You're pressed that Kamala lost. Let it sink in: "L O S T.”
Aysel · F
@LordShadowfire No, sweetheart, a big woman who can handle anything your “big self” throws my way.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@Aysel I never said one thing raging. I just want the divide to stop.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@Aysel Buӏӏsһіt. No self-respecting woman would have voted for Trump.
Um, let's nope not. As bad as life can be, are we are sure that death is better?

Seriously, there's time to lick our wounds, and smell the flowers a bit before power is handed over and Trump starts trying to keep promises.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@MistyCee hopefully, TRYING is the key word!
TheShanachie · 61-69, M
November 3, 2026 mid term elections
@HootyTheNightOwl if Democrats are able to take the house, they can begin an official impeachment inquiry and let Nancy give him all kinds of hell.
TheShanachie · 61-69, M
@HootyTheNightOwl true, however the more sane Democrats and centrist leaning Republicans we can elect at that time, the more we can delay the Trump administration’s extreme agenda. This window opens every 2 years.

It ends when you correct your behavior, not just when you flee. If you raised a child the way you expect us to react, you'd ruin them. You see that guy calling us fascist even still?(and oh, the irony there talking about needing a cause) THAT is an unapologetic child who hasn't demonstrated that he learned his lesson. A child who will do it again. He remains indignant and self righteous that he did nothing wrong soooo he gets to stay in the corner. And if you conduct yourself like him you'll get the same treatment.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand Re-read the definition above, slowly. Especially the first two rows.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@Elessar I think not, sell your persona to someone who'll believe it
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand It's clear you don't think. But I'm not asking you to think, I'm asking you to read.
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
No it will not. But I would CHALLENGE the dems to turn down the hate speech and work with the President and not try to shut down everything he tries to do. Now it is perfectly ok to disagree, but disagree RESPECTFULLY! And offer compromise instead of attacks! But unfortunately, that will never happen.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@fanuc2013 I will challenge both sides. It has never been just one side. Read the comments on here. It goes both ways!
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@fanuc2013 You don't know what hate speech is.
Yet, now that Trump won, their rage still continues

Hatred doesn't keep people warm, it burns them alive. Nothing Trump does to the people his supporters hate will make his supporters happy.
ron122 · 41-45, M
@LordShadowfire Catch up dude the democrats are done pushing that hoax.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@ron122 It's not a hoax.

The Heritage Foundation has written the presidential transition plan for every Republican candidate since Ronald Reagan. Prominent members of the Heritage Foundation include JD Vance, Bret Kavanaugh, and literally dozens more people closely associated with Trump. And until he figured out it was unpopular, he was quoting directly from the document I shared with you at his rallies.

But I guess you'll find out now, іԁіоt.
ron122 · 41-45, M
@ron122 He blocked me again.🤣
There will always be enemies within and without for Trump and his flock, even if they get confused about who they are at times.

First up will be the deep state I'm sure.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@LordShadowfire that’s incredibly scary. Most government jobs are not elected. Trump will be in big trouble without government minions! And so will the people!
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@Handfull1 His plan is to replace literally all of those people with MAGA loyalists, so that nothing ever gets past again that isn't strictly in line with their program.
@Handfull1 Trump will likely be just fine, imo. He'll have avoided criminal and civil liability, will blame everything on someone else, and will continue to make money, likely until he's in his grave from fraud.

Other people, even his "special" followers, don't matter to Trump, once theyre no longer useful.

I'll bet, though, that at least Javanka is stashing money overseas and preparing for the collapse of the US.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
Only when the people who vote bite down hard on their fear and vote third party. (So no it won't end)
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@GerOttman maybe. We have to become human first!! Politics second.
Briggett · T
Save your grocery and rent receipts just in case you have amnesia in the next four years.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@Briggett Prices going uppppppppppppppppppppppppp because of the 'protectionist racket' Trump's mob are proposing to drop like a 'world turtle'.
Northwest · M
Will it ever end?

No because that, and hate, are the only issues they can drive the vote for them.
Deplorables remain deplorable, and they pity the fact they can't riot
Bumbles · 51-55, M
I'm glad it's over. Trump and his deplorables -- have at it.
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
My fear is the young pregnant women that will have problems with their pregnancy. They might need a abortion to save their life.

Look I don't like Democrats and I don't like Republicans. But I don't want to see people suffer basic human rights and needs
hunkalove · 61-69, M
All politicians are evil. It's always a matter of voting for the least offensive. I wasn't going to vote at all if it meant Biden again but I went ahead and wasted my time on Kamala.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@hunkalove I wouldn’t want to be one. I do think some try to do what’s best but probably nearly impossible. It wasn’t a wasted vote. If things really implode, you did the best you could!
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@DonaldTrumpet if your profile is correct, you do realize you’ll be one of the first to be eliminated. God bless! 🙄🙄
PeterF15 · 13-15, M
Lets hope nothing unexpected happens and Mr. Trump will be really inaugurated.
Handfull1 · 61-69, F
@PeterF15 or maybe not!!!
StevetheSleeve · 31-35, M
I hope they’re not so upset they do something crazy like storm the capitol
Why??? They ought to send riots in, like tRump did last time.
LunarOrbit · 56-60, M
Suddenly she stopped cakkling!
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
Of course not. Now they're going to work to implement this:
