Last i checked most women aren't dying by being pregnant
Most aren't dying giving birth
How does NOT having an abortion make a woman lose their ability to have children

@Spoiledbrat
So the child never has a choice?????
FYI ... the father doesn't get a choice
The women terminate with the fathers objection & can keep if the father doesn't want the child

YOU'RE KILLING A LIFE. The child wouldn't survive without its mother. If the mother can't carry it to term without dying in the process she should b3 able to terminate the pregnancy. She shouldn't have to give her life up for the baby unless she chooses to. She literally couldn't give it life without first dying. If that is forced THAT is murder. The decision doesn't belong to anyone but the parents. You'll never change my mind. @pdockal
Spoiledbrat · F
The child wouldn't even be born yet @pdockal so no. The mother is trying to bring it into the world. If she can't she can't.

Everyone is about "states rights issues" so long as it's a right they care about. Due to so many conflicting issues, abortion cannot continue to be a states rights issue. Thankfully I already voted the sob out and I'll continue to do it again.
@sunsporter1649
Seems like i asked you how increasing the rate of abortions was good and you deflected! How about that!
lol you have one more chance to hold my interest.
You can answer either or both:
1) What rights of yours would you like to see voted away by a majoity?
2) Why do you consider restrictions that increase the rate of abortion to be good when you want less abortion?
DANCE, monkey!🤣
Or scuttle away...

@Pikachu Since that is what the people of those States wanted and voted for, which is no deflection whatsoever. Or do you have some nefarious reason for wanting a national abortion law?

As much sense as importing 45,000,000 slave workers to work the fields to replace the 82,000,000 babies killed in abortions since roe-v-wade was enacted

And they have laws stopping people from getting out-of-state abortions.
BohemianBabe · M
@Pikachu Conservatives don't believe in states rights. They're already talking about a national abortion ban.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@BohemianBabe I appreciate your wording saying conservatives and not republicans. Many reps are against any type of nationwide ban.
BohemianBabe · M
@AthrillatheHunt Sure, but those Republicans are in the minority. There are also some anti-fascist Republicans who oppose Trumpism, but they're too small of a minority to save the party.

And you have proof that women are dying

When a woman's life is in danger is that convenience?
When a woman risks never being able to have kids again is that convenience?
When a CHILD is raped and becomes pregnant is that a convenience?
Additionally, the FACT is that in places where abortion is banned or restricted, the number of abortions goes UP and the number of women dying GOES UP.
So tell me again how you care about life.
These are the facts. Your response is emotional, not thoughtful, not logical and not even compassionate.
Degenerate, sheep.
I've finished with you .
your willing to kill a life for convenience

Have you noticed those advocating for abortion weren't aborted

@Patriot96 good one lol

Wasn’t it a good thing when we allowed states to decide sanctuary status ?
Wasn’t it a good thing when we allowed states to decide legal weed ?
Those things have led to many deaths .
How is this different ?

Hey, i see you've been responding in this thread but you've missed my question.
I'll repeat it here for your convenience:
Do you think a right to bodily autonomy (that is the right to decide what to do with your own body) is a human right?
Yes or no?

Try to pay attention:
Abortion is not mentioned in the constitution, thus any laws pertaining to abortion are the jurisdiction of the state

I don’t understand America, sometimes it seems like a 3rd world country when you look at healthcare and women’s rights
@SophSmiles
Yeah and i don't know much about these things but it seems to me that, that is largely the result of the conservative christian right. In most respects the US is a beacon of freedom and possibility....but it is dragged down by the notion that the Bible is a good source for morality and governance.

It amounts to " we don't want to be responsible for taking away your rights so we delegated."

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow politicos love playing kick the can . They do it w the economy all the time.

He forgets that we still have state leaders with that mindset of the "good ole days" where women were second class citizens.

Right. Americans didn't vote to protect any rights. They prefer war.

Always human. At what age do they become a person? Harder to say. But do focus. We're not debating that point here, we're talking about the women and their health.
Is it ok for a woman to face death or injury because the state declares that she has no right over her body?
Even in the cases like Texas where the pregnancy is likely to kill both woman and fetus?
Come on, show me you can think. Address this issue with a thought rather than a talking point.

@Pikachu A bit rough on the baby in the womb, eh?
