Fox saying its fair and balanced was pretty absurd, almost like calling MAGA/Trumpism Conservative. Neither is at all accurate.
But, if you dig deeper, I think all of the networks tend to give the viewers what they want to see, including even NPR. The big difference with Fox is that it was openly designed that way from its inception, while the others had different, less politically oriented viewer bases when they started out.
It's good to watch a bit of each channel. They are all biased which means they conceal or skew facts to appeal to confirmation bias...which is how they get ratings. I want to be informed.
I do listen to Fox news and some of their reporting goes a little too far... you have to make your own judgement when listening to most news stations. I can't watch CNN...that's too much bias news. They all have an agenda to get across and you can tell by the way all of their stories go. It's just terrible that news stations just can't report truthful news..and ALL news, not just what they want you to know...or what their advertisers govern which pays the station.
@Midlifemale When I watched Fox News last time, the reporters kept showing a hearse and commented, "Oh, here comes Joe Biden again." This is not neutral or good journalism.
Yes...because CNN & MSLSD are so fair and impartial. 🙄 My God...after years of pure bullshit coming out of your TV, haven't you figured out that ALL mainstream cable news ultimately plays for the same team. 90% of all media including 100% cable news are controlled by 6 globalist entities. Cable news is really no different than TV wrestling. It's all staged. It's purpose is to keep people divided. A divided society is a controlled society.

@Vin53 Basically it started as commissioned opposition research by the Clinton campaign and a con man invented a dossier that matched the kind of dirt the client requested.
CNN and MSNBC do nothing but kiss Democrat bottoms and suffer from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). I was in some bar once where CNN was on, reporting on a dispute between Iran and Israel. CNN's conclusion: It was all Trump's fault.
They parted ways with the truth years ago. The way they get away with it is, they are actually called Fox News Entertainment. This is a legal loophole that needs to be filled, but for some reason, none of the billionaires in charge of any of the other news networks are interested in doing so.
@LordShadowfire Yeah. In the early 2000s a Fox affiliate even fought a court case and won that basically made case law that news networks were under no legal obligation to present factual and accurate information.
If memory serves it was after the higher ups falsified an investigative report on hormones in dairy cattle to appease sponsors.
@MarmeeMarch NPR wouldn't cover the true story about Hunter's laptop. Said covering it was a waste of time. NPR is another "news" servant of the Democrat Party
