@SW-User He sure could. But he has a way out of paying Democrats' confiscatory tax rates and apparently he's going to take it. Similar to how pro sports teams in California lose athletes to teams in Texas because California charges Big Big State Income Taxes and Texas charges none. During his work analyzing numbers in businesses he noticed a trend and spotted a potential gap in the market for selling books online. He talked to his girlfriend and they decided to take a punt pack their belongings into their car and drive to California where they set up a website selling books and magazines online.

Theres a doco series called the rise of the tech billionaires. Google it. It gives the story of Bezos, Zuckerberg, Google, Microsoft etc.
