Obama is very intelligent and speaks well. He has good ideas but no spine for actual conflict.

Biden seems to have his mind wander at times and stumbles over his speech. He's had to be dragged kicking and screaming to good ideas but once he got behind them he was far more effective at getting stuff done.

Biden is doing better than I imagined he would. It's a shame Republicans are going to swipe congress and further trash the economy before Dems can turn it around this time.
