Why must Trump supporters turn to insults and name calling when you don't support their questions and/or views?

I agree with what's already been said. They're a cult now and don't have anything else. You can present facts to them but they ignore them and personally insult instead. I've given up trying to have any sort of conversation with them because it will never be civil on their part.
I've committed the worst possible offense too, according to them: I'm not American so how dare I have an opinion.
News for them: The [b]WORLD[/b] is watching!

@MeowsoliniReturns Because the majority of America's population is Democrat, so they have the ability to alter policy in a manner that Trump supporters don't like. In fact, were the electoral college to be eliminated or smaller rural states not given weighted votes, we'd likely never have a Republican-controlled government again. They find that scary. Even more scary for them is the fact that it isn't even necessary to have a Democrat president for a lot of that change. Most of it can be accomplished through local and state elections. So they have a vested interest in having you agree with their view.

It's part of brainwashing. When you can't support your claims you usually get mad that the other person can't not seeing your point of view. So all you have left is anger. And anger is not logical.
