I don't remember talking to you at all for a very long time. I have always felt a great deal of sympathy for you, ever since you told me that you were wounded during the Saudi bombing of Iran, and lost your eye and I believe you may have wounded your leg.

You've had a dreadful childhood, and I feel for you very deeply.

and to be clear I've got my issues with middle eastern culture but I am horrified that our government is basically sponsoring the bombing of your country.

as such in spite of feeling like the culture of the middle east is highly regressive and toxic I would not just lump everyone who happens to be from there into the "part of the problem" catagory and start using such terms without giving you a fair shake.

me and you don't see eye to eye on love but we have a metric fuckton of overlap on politicss so in spite of my feeling very differently about love than you do I'm not about to throw bigoted shit in your direction. makes me mad that somebody did that to you.

@indyjoe I'm a libertarian so I am pretty balanced in most areas as well. Not everything can be looked at from one point of view, exactly.

@ravenwind43 I classify myself Libertarian (I once was the ONLY person to vote Libertarian in my precinct...when the paper came out it said Libertarian-1), I don't actually affiliate with any particular party but I identify with the Libertarians mostly.
