since I broke my hip the cold affects me and I know 3 days in advance of rain

Yes having metal parts in me, hurts as the weather changes. Ow days so do all joints when it gets cold.

Yes. Particularly my left elbow, because there's a steel plate screwed into it.

My nose and/or breathing detects changes in humidity.

Rarely anymore. It did when I was younger in my 20s, which is weird.

Knee injury in winters

Sudden sharp barometric pressure shifts either make my joints feel tight/dull aching or loose/sharp pain, depending which direction it's moving.

Yes, especially when there's hail falling from a passing storm. Never try to catch hail stones on your tongue.... because they ain't snow flakes!

Not that I have noticed. I know for some it's associated with a broken bone that healed. I haven't broken a bone in over 50 years, (knock on wood) and i don't have any pain at the site of the old break.
