I do not, but this post is reminding...inspiring me to at least try and figure out how to do that. 🙂

I've had the "smart" phone for over 3 years, and have been far from smart in figuring out everything about using it. To be fair to myself, I haven't tried all that hard. I would, if I hadn't been able to afford to (so far) keep my landline.

Yes, my ringtone is from "Trois Gymnopedie" by Erik Satie, which was part of the first record I ever bought for myself "Blood, Sweat & Tears" (the album with "Spinning Wheel" and "You've Made Me So Very Happy").

Many. Yet all are downloaded. I don't want to depend on any site for the sounds on my cellphone. Storage isn't a problem when you have a terabyte SD card.

I use these ringtones even for notifications and alarms. Someone like the owner of my apartment calls, texts or emails, I know who it is by the notification sound.

Have other apps use these sounds as well. Like Stepcounter goals reached.

I just use the old phone ringing.

One of the women I worked with had “if I only had a brain “ from Wizard of Oz, as the distinctive ring tone - for her husband.

I do it's actually something I composed and recorded some years back. It's just a loop of the riff. Can't mistake my phone for anyone else's 😂

No. Just the jangly chimes it came with, a bit like a rather bad version of a 1970s Pacman game.

Can't see the point of using regular music for it. Nor those silly imitations of old-fashioned American telephone bells. (Not even correct, in the UK, which has always used double-burst ringing.)
