Do you prefer cold or warm weather ?

You know, when I lived in Tennessee, I LOVED cold weather and snow. But now that I'm in AZ, I hate when it gets below 70°. 🤣

Cold. You can always layer up. The caveat is that I hate snow. I'd take extreme cold (-20 F) vs. a giant snowstorm.

Warm or even hot. I can still do things like play golf in the 90's, but I'm staying inside if it gets below 40. My ancestors moved south 250-300 years ago and never left. Thus, I am a wimp in cold weather.

I like it warm but warm in January is a lot different than warm in July, but then I live in England so a very warm day in January might be as almost as warm as a very cold day in July.

I prefer a climate with four distinct seasons, including cold in winter and warm in summer. Each have their advantages and disadvantages, and I embrace both in season.

@Spoiledbrat I haven't found that to be true. Maybe it's different with different systems. I used to have a window unit which was both an air conditioner and a heater. It cost me [i]so much[/i] to heat with that thing, but not that much to cool with it. I now use ceramic-disc space heaters throughout the house. They're about one-third the cost of heating with my window unit.
