Balance diet is the key

Vegetarianism is fine, as far as I know, but veganism isn’t healthy long-term. You may start feeling positive effects from it right away after starting a vegan diet, but over time, you’ll start feeling some malnutrition. Just something consider.

I’ve thought about it too. There’s a teacher at work talking about butchering her cows and was trying to sell them as food and I’m thinking uhm what. Why do I live here

I was a vegan for like two months. It was too much work checking what I could eat and what I couldn’t.
I stayed vegetarian for a few years after that.

I have never seen a long time vegetarian or vegan that i would consider "healthy" IMHO.
