Favourite song that reminds you you're an introvert

My favourite song of all time is by The Beach Boys called 'I just wasn't made for these times' and I've never heard another song like it that speaks to me so much.
I've always felt like an outsider, never really felt like I fit in anywhere or belong anywhere, but I've always managed to get through and keep going. I'm aware that my deep introvert desire is annoying to others and I often feels like it annoys my wife, but there is and will most likely always be this feeling of other.
This Beach Boys song though, makes me feel like at least ine other person understand.

@whowasthatmaskedman This has been only of my favourite songs by them for a long time. Beautifully expresses so many aspects of the introvert while making it sound so happy at the same time. Good choice, thanks for sharing!

@Piper Beachs Boys is always a good choice and especially a song as beautiful as this! Until I heard Pet Sounds and discovered my favourite song, this was always a song I'd listen to when I was alone as it is just so healing. Always good to meet another Beach Boys fan! Thank you for sharing!

I know that one, and I can see what you mean. Pop music often seems to be about what happens to other people, but this is an exception. Another one that springs to mind is Gary Shearston's 1974 reading of 'I Get a Kick Out Of You' by Cole Porter.
