Do you ever feel sometimes that the skin you have isn't your own?

I have always felt like I was supposed to die at birth (the umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck but the doctor saved me). I feel like that's why nothing ever works our for me despite putting in my best efforts.

Nope proud of my skin but I do have memories of things I haven't experienced in life. At least what I have been told
