Do you ever feel sometimes that the skin you have isn't your own?

@helsbels How do you go about dealing with it?

@SarithBorn I have dealt with body image issues all my life, it's like sometimes not recognising the person in the mirror. Not literally, but I 'feel' like a different version of myself than the one I see. It is a strange sensation, I look at old photos and still think of myself as that person. I have reached an acceptance of it and learned to be ok with it. It's not all the time anyway. Sometimes I'm absolutely fine.
