16 is a minor. Looking at your age range that’s a pretty big age gap and power imbalance if you consider her likely vulnerability versus yours. The fact that you are trying to justify your behaviour is concerning to me. I really get sick of adult men trying to justify attraction to 16 and 17 year old girls. Online image laws are pretty clear anything under 18 is considered child abuse material.

16 is a minor here & even if not where you live, it's still waaayyy too young. But you admit you were in the wrong & your intentions weren't bad so I don't feel that you should be labeled a pedophile.

Commenting on women's bodies is creepy to be honest. Let alone underaged girls bodies. It may not necessarily be paedophilia but it is still gross behaviour and honestly you should spend less time having a pity party and trying to make excuses for your choices and focus more on genuinely holding yourself accountable
