Are Democrats upset at Government audits?

From what I gather, most Conservatives are for the Audits, and Dems are against.

The Dems that are not totally against, would like to see elected officials audit their
own programs, is that about right?

department. He found everything was good to go.

No. The concern is over how the "audits" are being conducted, and by whom. The DOGE is a completely unilateral operation - none of them are elected officials, none have been vetted by congress, and there seem to be no laws or regulations to how they conduct the audits. In other words, they are doing what they want and circumventing laws and court orders. There are no guarantees that those doing the auditing do not have a personal stake in the results.

Like it or not, the IRS is following laws passed by congress and signed by the president. And when your house is assessed for property taxes, you can appeal, and if you don't like it, you can vote the assessor out of office.

The Democrats didn't provide the IRS with GUNS because they trust you to sit quietly while your audit is performed. You are an honest citizen, you paid your taxes, and you didn't need to be shot...🤣🤣🤣

The Democrats are screaming because their slush funds and honey pots are going to come to an end. DOGE has peeled back the coverings, and now we can all see what these criminals have been doing with our money.

AND in addition to the screaming, the Democrat/Socialist/Marxists are claiming that Trump and Doge are NOT doing this to stop huge waste and fraud in government...but that they are doing this to punish THEM!!!!!

Basically...if they were capable of being logical, which they are NOT...the Democrat/Socialist/Marxists would understand that by claiming they are being punished, they are admitting they KNOW they did something wrong, and are claiming responsibility.

Their elected officials in danger...? 🤔

Funny that when it's people crossing the border you expect them to follow strict rules and processes.

But when it's a billionaire auditing public services he has a vested interest in shutting down then suddenly law and procedure doesn't matter.

Democrats want their scandals and wasteful spending hidden from the public. And it looks like the USA is run by judges now, who veto what Trump wants to do.
