Are Democrats upset at Government audits?

@DogMan Definitely not against audits. I would favor a non-partisan commission to handle them with members of said commission going through proper security clearance.

Imagine if Biden had just let Soros do an audit without following any process. I don't think conservatives would be against AN audit, but they would be right to question who is doing the audit and the motives and biases of the team assembled to report results.

I'm more anti-republican than I am pro-democrat, but my general concern over doge audits is definitely who is doing them and why they are doing them and what they would consider waste and what they might choose to not report.

Both parties are corrupt as hell. It's easy to build a narrative against one or the other through selective reporting. But in addition to that concern, I have watched Republicans claim government does not work over many decades and then seeking power specifically to sabotage it and make sure it doesn't work. So I'm extra suspicious of them.

I would rather there be a leech on a system that otherwise works than to destroy the system to spite the leeches.

I guess if Democrats ever take back the Whitehouse, we will try to stop everything they

With vastly expanded federal enforcement agencies reduced to being paid brutes using everything from direct intimidation of private citizens to full blown Reichstag/gestappo tactics. Ordained by fascistic Billion dollar "Globalstars" these demagogues pull the strings of bought and paid for elected officials, our news media, and private banks.

The Russians see this place as infested by Nazis, and the Chinese think our people are at least a bit conquerable, cowering under their influence, just waiting for our opening to pay those sons a bees back for selling us out to the fat cats.
