Considering that he's a Maga, I'm sure Trump will pardon him.

@SomeMichGuy To prove a person isn't here legally ,the bar is ,in fact,NOT very high .And after the way leftists and the Biden administration canceled and censored people for having opinions that turned out to be correct ,you have very little room to be going on about free speech and press rights .A fact : illegal aliens do NOT possess the same level of rights that cover citizens .For that matter ,neither to people on student Visas who are here with our permission. And I still wonder why people weren't so concerned with all of this due process when the Biden administration was letting in about 10 million illegal aliens against the law.
DavidT8899 · 22-25, M
@SomeMichGuy And in many cases ,an illegal alien does NOT have the right to a hearing ; also ,they have no inherent right to stay in the county ,even if they apply for alysum in the proper way .
SomeMichGuy · M
@DavidT8899 Actually, you DO have to PROVE that a given person is here illegally, and scooping up everyone even violates the rightsof people whom you AGREE are protected (but you don't understand due process).
It isn't like ppl on parole.

This case will be tried according to Utah State laws.
In Utah, capital punishment is applied for aggravated murder, with lethal injection as the primary method of execution, and firing squad as a backup option.
Overview of Capital Punishment in Utah
Utah maintains capital punishment as a legal penalty for severe crimes, specifically aggravated murder. This type of murder includes various aggravating factors, such as:
The murder of a police officer or firefighter.
A homicide committed for financial gain.
A killing that occurs while the perpetrator is incarcerated for another crime.
A murder committed in conjunction with another violent felony, such as kidnapping or rape.
A murder that is especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.

It sad to see but at the end of the day there is so many politicians in this country that in a few months nobody will remember it except his family
onewithshoes · 26-30, F
@NYCChick As a lifelong conservative I'm really embarrassed that I'd never heard about him until he was assassinated.😯
LeopoldBloom · M
@NYCChick Since the shooter is a right winger, by Monday this will be forgotten.

The beautiful irony is that Utah uses the firing squad.
Ready
Aim...
Ready
Aim...

Another irony - he looks like Beatoff O'Rourke, wannabe gun grabber (inculding the dullard, clueless facial expression). And now he will be dispatched to Hell via a gun
Too bad - so sad 😭

@Thrust It's not fair to say that ,you know.L.B is actually quite intelligent; I've learned alot from him on many subjects. His problem is the same as many of the far left : he believes only what fits the narrative of his worldview ,and anything that logically contradicts that will either be ignored or altered as needed .As I've stated , he's far from alone in this.

@Therealsteve I know what psychologists do or seem to think they can do. Do you have a point?
Therealsteve · 31-35, M
@MoveAlong I do, yes. I'm a psychologist and know what I'm talking about when it comes to "empathy" and "sympathy". Was actually, just today, doing a paper on social cognition and it's impact upon safeguarding for neurodivergent individuals.

@Therealsteve Congratulations again.
