@Therealsteve Your empathy for a greiving widow and two young children is noted.

@sunsporter1649 I don't know how they feel, I'm not a widow, nor the child of a murdered father. I have sympathy.

@Therealsteve libs are notorious for that. taking snippets of snippets to try to change the meaning.
@boudinMan What about his quote that he would force his 10 year old daughter to give birth if she was raped? He said "yes."

@Therealsteve Ole Charlie really glossed over empathy. He totally dismissed it in a few words. Anyone interested should do a deeper dive into a complex human emotion. Sympathy and empathy are human emotions that are related but two different things.

@MoveAlong I'm a psychologist.

@Therealsteve Congratulations

@MoveAlong Why, thank you. I've taken a very deep dive into emotions, and everything else to do with the mind.

@Therealsteve I know what psychologists do or seem to think they can do. Do you have a point?
Therealsteve · 31-35, M
@MoveAlong I do, yes. I'm a psychologist and know what I'm talking about when it comes to "empathy" and "sympathy". Was actually, just today, doing a paper on social cognition and it's impact upon safeguarding for neurodivergent individuals.

@Therealsteve Congratulations again.
