Trump Promises "Bloodbath" If He Isn't Elected

Get ready, America. Trump promised a bloodbath if he isn't elected, in a campaign stop in Ohio. He was supposed to be their to support a Republican candidate for Senator, Bernie Moreno, but he spent little time discussing the candidate and focused instead on his personal grievances. On the election, Trump said, “Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole—that’s going to be the least of it. It’s gonna be a bloodbath for the country.”

Trump wants violence on his behalf when he loses in the Fall. The more violence and death, the better he will like it. He loved the insurrection in 2021 and was reluctant to call it off. His severe mental illness of malignant narcissism was on full display today, and his dystopian view of the US will be repeated many times between now and November.

I totally agree. Trump has openly engaged in multiple treasonous actions against the United States. We the People must demand that congress prohibit Trump from running in the 2024 election. Or demand your State reps prohibit Trump from the ballot in your state.
specman · 51-55, M
@LordShadowfire see that’s where we have different opinions.
Everything that bad happens it’s because of white supremacy. I remember something happening with cops involved there were some black cops involved and people were saying that they were white supremacy.
I guarantee way over half way over I mean black people had to trace down and see if they had any ancestors that were slaves. They only want the money. They really aren’t interested in anything else oh except they want California to publicly and formally apologize. California never had any slaves.
specman · 51-55, M
@windinhishair if it’s by people like you it won’t be saying anything. I really don’t care what the people that think being white as being a disgrace thinks. I am proud of being white. Just like every other race is proud to be whatever color they are. Black people talk about black power. It should not be any different than a white person talk about white power. That’s equality.

This is why we need an actual antifa movement in America. We need blocs of self-defense from these righty loons.

@sree251 More like Mussolini. Although while we're on the subject of Hitler, I've heard some of your hot takes about the Jews.

O, I believe it...he is a very dangerous animal.

Why would anyone want to elect a man that threatens violence when he doesn’t get the result he wants? How childish is that?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@sree251 I'm more American (and more representative of patriotic Americans who believe in democracy) than you are. It is time for you to leave the discussion to the adults.

@sree251 Begone Trump Troll.
TrashCat · M
his bloodbath 😃
badlands · 22-25, F
He had good things to say about Moreno. To say them, he had to acknowledge him in some way. When referring to a "bloodbath", he was talking about the automobile industry and what he thinks will happen to it if Biden remains in power. He uses very powerful rhetoric, and the Democrats twist it.

This dishonesty is what cost them the election in 2016.

@sree251
You can research that on the internet. Court cases are published and accessible to the public.
You wrote it so produce it or else you are lying and have zero credibility.

Planting the seeds in the minds of his followers
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@robingoodfellow People forget that part, but Trump was ready to declare fraud in the 2016 election when he unexpectedly won.
@windinhishair Absolutely right. He was loudly criticizing the electoral college, saying it "needed to be done away with"—until it helped him win, and it was the only reason he did. He sure didn’t win the popular vote.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@bijouxbroussard He has never won the popular vote, and he won't this year either. His support is and has always been a minority of Americans.
Puppycat23 · F
I have a feeling this is how he threatened people who wanted to testify against him.
Mordechai · 31-35, M
I watched the longform version of that and it's 50/50 on whether it was related to his talk about tariffs on Chinese factory made vehicles because of the way it's placed.

It's debatable. Irresponsible use of hyperbole at best. Either way, poor use of language for someone running for president, I couldn't decide myself but oof.

@LordShadowfire i'm also seeing that a few Trumpers are replying to this post that they want the bloodbath. So even if it was a metaphorical statement on the economy we can still see the more unstable part of his base- like the ones who attacked the capitol- reading it as a call to arms.
@robingoodfellow And that's the other thing. It's just like J6 all over again. He can say that he never specifically told them to attack, but he's saying it without saying it.
gol979 · 41-45, M
Seriously? Why lie about donald, he clearly didnt say it in the context of there will be murders if he isnt elected....unless you want to post the speech where he said that (and not the 9 second clip shorn of all context)? Im sure you wont though.

You have a list as long as your arm to correctly criticise donald but you choose this? You are being played like a fiddle.
@gol979 You've had the evidence shoved in your face so many times it's ridiculous. You just shut your eyes, jam your fingers in your ears, and start singing, "LALALALA I CAN'T SEE THE EVIDENCE!"
gol979 · 41-45, M
@LordShadowfire anyone parroting and double downing on this easily provable nonsense (its on video 😂😂) should be roundly ignored at this point. Its laughable.
@gol979
He said what he said. He said it with the intent of it sounding violent. You can see that in the video.
Ok, so now he's a danger to national security.

He should be subject to extreme rendition.
Nanoose · 61-69, M
Trump has been threatening blood baths for years and you can tell by the tone of his voice and the look of rage on his face that he is not talking about the price of pickles. There are usually kids in the room when he says it and I bet some of those kids have nightmares thanks to Trump. Cheers!

novaguy2u · 70-79, M
More violence, you mean. He's already shown that he can initiate it. What's next, civil war?
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@novaguy2u I have no doubt Trump would love the idea of the people rising up and fighting for him,then lauding him and annointing him Emperor for life. Sadly he wont be able to lead the actual fighting due to a recurrence of Bone Spurs .
But on the up side, if any trouble does start, along the lines of january 6, you can be sure the security and military will be way overprepared this time, to make up for being completely unpreapred last time and the "patriots" can look forward to a very warm welcome..😷
calicuz · 51-55, M
@novaguy2u @whowasthatmaskedman

Civil War............ Sarah Palin has already got that in the backs of their head's.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@calicuz Personally I think that will be a fizzer..There just arent enough True Believers on the Trump side.A best you will have another Bay of Pigs. Not that this will herald a brand new day.. Every problem America had a decade ago is still there, plus interest. Because no one has been paying attention..😷
HannahSky · F
This is out of context.
Donald Trump, who was impeached for inciting his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol in an effort to overturn his 2020 electoral loss, warned on Saturday that there will be a “bloodbath” for the auto industry if he doesn’t win the election this November.
HannahSky · F
@windinhishair except he was talking about cars being built in Mexico and trying to fear monger workers to believe they'll be losing jobs again. His choice of words, did what he wanted, got people scared, again.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@HannahSky Trump does operate on fear and loathing to motivate his Cult. He knows it works, and that they will pay no attention to his lies.

He needs locking up for inciting violence
@Anniedlr Agreed ! And anyone else would already be at the very least under constant surveillance for terrorist threats.
Nanoose · 61-69, M
The Biden campaign spokesperson James Singer accused Trump of doubling "down on his threats of political violence." And added - “He wants another January 6, but the American people are going to give him another electoral defeat this November because they continue to reject his extremism, his affection for violence, and his thirst for revenge". I think that’s true. Cheers!
Nanoose · 61-69, M
Even if Trump was talking about a blood bath in the auto motive industry it is BS. Biden’s law’s and incentives for automakers and parts producers are yielding a surge in manufacturing all across the US. So how would Trump not getting elected change that? Trump resonantly lost
any chances of getting any support from the UAW so I think that's what this is all about. Cheers!
calicuz · 51-55, M
Desperate men do, and say, desperate things.
sree251 · 41-45, M
I listened to what he said at the Ohio rally tonight on youtube. In his opinion, if he doesn't get back into the "driver's seat", more bad things will be allowed to happened by the government and this country will go down the tubes. This is a lot different from the way you took it.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@sree251 I told you that was your last post. Unlike Republicans, I mean what I say.

That was referring to the auto industry. China is going to build a large auto plant in Mexico to send cars into the US.

@fanuc2013 Crooked Nixon is responsible for all of today's problems with the China commies.
Adrift · 61-69, F
I believe he was talking about the auto industry.
Incredible!
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Adrift The first part of his statement possibly referenced the auto industry, but he was clearly talking about TWO things. Unless you believe he was saying that if he wasn't elected, it would be a bloodbath for the whole auto industry, but more than that it would be a bloodbath for the entire country's auto industry. Which makes no sense.

Given Trump's love of violence and sadism, not to mention his previous history inciting violence at the Capital, no one should give him the benefit of the doubt.
Adrift · 61-69, F
@windinhishair And you dont think all the protests that the demonheads had were non violent?
Ha!
You can make any statement out to be what you
want it to be.

@badlands

What do I want in a leader....

1. To represent the American people with honor and dignity.
2. To secure our future from dictators, authoritarian, and white nationalists, who want to control its people.
3. One who has worthy and noble delegates to give them an honest evaluation of foreign policy, national policy, state policy, and urban and rural policy.
4. One who gives humanity, not to just Americans but for humans around the world. Even if they're not here legally.
5. One who is experienced , knowledgeable, and confident in their ability to govern.
6. One who will work bi-partisan, to get bills passed that affect the future of this country, for the good.
7. Creating ways to help the poor, the sick, the uneducated, get to where they are secure in their old age, not go bankrupt paying medical bills, opening roads to achieve higher education.
8. Continues to protect our environment, national parks, and real infrastructure, so we can welcome in a new era of travel.
9. Who will make a pledge to close the gap between the rich and the poor.

And finally...
10. I want a president who speaks to the American people with decorum, without anger, without, subterfuge, without threats to our country and to it's citizens, and not use people to pay for their crimes!

I do not marry my president, and I expect not to get everything I want, but those are my 'wants' in a presidency.
badlands · 22-25, F
@WalksWith You may need a new country, or a new world. Those things don't happen in this one.
WalksWith · 51-55, F
@badlands

The current President of the United States is achieving most those wants. No new worlds or countries, I have faith in the United States.

@Patriot96 Except he clearly wasn't, unless he was saying that the auto industry would be a bloodbath at least, but it would go beyond that and include the auto industry.

I guess to someone who doesn't understand English very well or who did poorly in school, you could parse it that way. Or a Trump Cultist.
