It was an 80's concert with styx, REO Speedwagon, and Def Leppard. I paid about 15 dollars
GeminiRain · M
@Punxi I know and it was at the fairgrounds in Idaho too lol
Punxi · F
@GeminiRain I was born in the wrong era. The 80's had the best bands....arenas filled on the cheap.
GeminiRain · M
@Punxi Yes I agree, the 80's are sorely missed. Concerts today are way too expensive. You just have the memories ☺

Boys ii men and idek the price because it was a gift

@Picklebobble2 I did some work at the Barbican Centre before it even opened to the public: they had a flood, and I was working for a cleaning company at the time. (early 80s)

Early '90s. Tori Amos. About $8.
SleepingWithGhosts · 46-50, M

Los Lobos, Palmdale California.
Los Lobos, Palmdale, California outside in lots of rain. The tickets said rain or shime.
Subsidized by local merchants, $10 each. Best value since concerts @ BYU in the early 70s where I paid $5 each. America, Bread, Carpenters, Neil Diamond front row for $10, Fifth Dimension, Loggins & Messina, Seals and Crofts. I missed Linda Ronstadt in a Cub Scout uniform (🤩) and Steve Martin, not in a cub scout uniform (🥸).
Jerry Lee Lewis in a Toronto hotel (I forget which one). I've little to remember except he played none of his rock n roll hits from the 50s. Maybe $60 or $80 for two tickets. We bumped into him and his bodyguard, I would assume, and he was quite the gentleman as he talked for a few moments with my wife.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@rinkydinkydoink Hotel Catalonia. That dude wanted to sleep and was homeless
Musicman · 61-69, M
My last concert was about 10 years ago. It was an Amy Grant Christmas show. Ticket's were about $50 each.
FelicityDavenport · 26-30, F
