What's the saddest scene in movie history?

The closing scenes of "Glory" did it for me. Even my brother, who I have never seen cry since we were children, was just holding it together. People around us in the theater were crying. It was weird, I felt sad and proud at the same time.

Don’t know about all of movie history but the ending here is certainly among them.
