SW-User

@Starcrossed 😔 I truly miss those moments

Starcrossed · 46-50, F

@SW-User me too. Meeting out at the drive in with our little kids had been a tradition for my friends for years, it was such a bummer to see it come to an end.

SW-User

@Starcrossed They all mostly went defunct in the late 90's and there are still some that are operating but it is few and far between

I very nearly froze to death the first time I went to a drive-in theater. From what I could tell, the feature was entitled "Closed For The Winter".

SW-User

@CorvusBlackthorne Too bad you never got to see it

LordShadowfire · 51-55, M

@SW-User I think you've missed the joke. The theater was closed.

LordShadowfire · 51-55, M

For me I must be dazed and confused, because it's been so long I can't remember what we saw.

I do remember that Batman and Robin was playing on a nearby screen, so we were able to see both at once.

SW-User

@LordShadowfire I loved those double features :)
