I am having a very hard day today because of my depression... but I still got up and took a shower

Personally I am proud of you for doing something that required physical activity. So yes you should be proud of yourself.

I have adapted to my psychosis environment I don't take showers in like 3 or 4 days. When I was psychotic I will neglect my body. I just need to go back my routine I had before becoming mentally ill.

Honestly, yes. Depression is no joke. Anything you're doing to be alive and not just give in to the sadness, is something to celebrate.

Honestly yes, it might not seem like it , but when you are depressed doing even the most basic human things are a struggle. Give yourself a break ✌

My mood has been a disaster today.
I am glad I am past the dangerous zone of my depression. But it is still extremely exhausting.

There are stuff I HAVE to do now.
Like getting ready for tomorrow and reading about something at work that I have to present.
Also, I need to clean my room cause it is been a mess and it is something that I am ashamed of as well.
And I need to take care of the waredrobe too and write my priorities and plans for the future in a piece of paper (I havent done that in 01 month which is a looot for me. I can't function without planning).

I am not able of thinking about something I ENJOY just for the sake of enjoying. Usually they are things I need to get done in my life.
And when I do them, I feel happy.
@AoNoSora the only issue is that I am not able to function right now. I feel like my brain is sluggish and everything feel so so so heavy. And I'm anxious about everything going on.
@AoNoSora Ok, start with the wardrobe and the room.

Congratulate yourdelf, take a break.

Then do your reading.

Make sure you take notes.

Finish other "getting ready for tomorrow" things.

The congratulate yourself AND BE A HUMAN

Ask someone to get ice cream with you, etc.

Or masturbate and relieve this!
