Have you try any adjudicative meds? Light therapy? Any supplements work for you?
StillLearning · 26-30, F
@canusernamebemyusername I'm not sure what adjudicative meds are, honestly. I just have whatever the doctor says to take and go to therapy.
@StillLearning They are meds that are added on if there is little to no response to the one you're taking. The best thing I can recommend is do your own research. After all only you can monitor yourself all the time.

Perhaps you are not getting enough exercise. A British study took two groups...one group on medication, and another group without, and all suffering from depression. The medicated group was left to sit at home or do whatever, but the unmedicated group was taken out for a brisk two mile hike every day. "Brisk" means moving quickly enough to sweat. At the end of the study, the hiking group were actually doing better than the medicated group.

It could also be that your home environment is depressing, and it is likely that you need to get out and be on your own.

It’s well worth getting the help , but it takes a while to filter though ams sort your feeling and emotions out , one by one , yes a little outside activity will help , but don’t feel pressured ok , don’t be frightened to ask for that additional help ok
