Did you have a good night sleep?

I didn’t sleep well. From 12-1 The party guys down the street made so much effing noise and then another neighbour was making noise as thought they were loading heavy stuff into a truck. Then I finally get to sleep and at 2am son #2 came home and he has a habit of running up the stairs so that woke me up. Then I get to sleep and st 3am son #1 pulls up in the driveway with his hip hop rap crap blaring. Then I fall asleep and then an hour later son #3 is coughing his head off and asks for something for a sore throat. Then I had to be up at 5:45 anyways so there’s that

But just a sidenote, my boys are usually super quiet when they come in the house late, but for whatever reason last night was so noisy was it a full moon or something?

Believe it or not, I did. A full 8 hours of uninterrupted, deep, blessedly dreamless, sleep. It is probably called exhaustion, but I'll take it! The last time that happened, you ask?

I slept pretty good last night and dreamt about my daughter. Nice dream for a change. I usually dream about falling off a cliff or heartbreak.😒

Yes. My two cats and I have arrived at a new compromise. One still wants to go out at 5:30 am, but neither wants to eat at that time anymore. So I get up, pee, let him out. Then go back to bed for another two to three hours sleep. Around 8 a.m. the other will respectively begins suggesting it might be time to get up. That period of time is the sweet spot for sleep imho. No dreams, but fully rested with that additional time, no other pee breaks. Nirvana.

I was awake most of the night... I came to bed to try and get a nap and I have the cat urinating somewhere other than his toilet - and STBX running his big mouth.

I might as well give up and go back to my computer.
