No, I hate drugs.

I line my tablets at breakfast every day it has become a habit

And I've tried alternatives.

Nope. Last time the "specialist" wanted to give me a prescribed medication was after telling me he had no clue what the issue was, but would give me a prescription.
Anyone see something wrong with that?

I am doing my very best to support Pfizer, Moderna, and ALL the big Pharma companies that are holding us for ransom, but I'm afraid all I've managed so far is some repetitious "c" words, a "d" word, (new one), and some choking wishes...🤣

Asthma meds but mostly whole food supplements.
