Are You Taking Any Prescription Medications?

@cherokeepatti I'm not opposed to alternatives. I actually prefer them. Lesser side effects.

@HijabaDabbaDoo exactly why I use them. Scares the crap out of me to listen to prescription drug ads on tv when they list the possible side effects

@cherokeepatti Yeah, I've seen people with more health concerns than they initially had and before you know it they're spiralling.
It's difficult finding alternatives that help though. Hasn't worked for me yet.

@HijabaDabbaDoo Had an aunt who was on 2 dozen prescriptions plus about 10 OTC drugs. She was miserable.

@HijabaDabbaDoo most of those drugs were for the side effects of other drugs she was prescribed. This is not uncommon with the elderly

@UnderLockDown Agree! And people have to take more medication to deal with the side effects! 😱
