I don't understand love languages or have any idea what mine might be (same as I don't get personality typing, or body language, etc). Anecdotally a lot of people say sex is akin to a '6th' one.

Gifting is one, but money and possesiveness aren't but no two people understand sex/dating/relationships/intimacy/marriage the same and most people would never have an all-encompassiing understanding of all those things. A baptist church leader (how ironic) called Gary Chapman 'coined' the term and reckons these are the five love languages:

Words of affirmation - Showing love through verbal appreciation, compliments, and encouragement.
Quality time - Showing love by giving undivided attention, engaging in meaningful conversations, and participating in various activities together.
Gifts - Showing love through thoughtful and meaningful gifts that symbolize appreciation and affection.
Acts of service - Showing love by performing various tasks that are helpful and ease the partner’s burdens.
Physical touch - Showing love through physical gestures such as hugging, kissing, and holding hands among others.

Sex is often regarded as a 6th one.

The love language theory says everyone apparently has a 'primary' one and one (or more?) secondary ones.

I'm neuro-divergent, introverted, feel I can't do adult romantic love more than 2-dimensionally, and both demi- + sapiosexual, so I probably cannot ever understand love languages, etc.

I have no idea. I'm not that vocal in expressing love. I only touch/hug when invited.

Just him and his body heat i don't need anything else, instead of unwrapping gifts in boxes, i'd rather unwrap the gift in his boxers.

Cuddling is the best for me.
