So far so good. Putting in steady work on the walking pad, walking the dogs daily, and doing dumbbell and resistance band exercises. Keeping daily calories below 1000, avoiding carbs, sugar, and alcohol.
Be careful with the under 1,000 calories. I lived that way for ages and it actually gave me wicked palpitations often, I felt cold and weak and passed out a few times. It ruins your health after awhile. I struggled with anorexia for years and while I'm alright now I still find myself going back to the old ways at times.
Another good move is exercises before breakfast. With no fresh energy source your body has to burn fat.The calorie count below 1000 is not really necessary. It's more about what you eat.No fast foods or takeaway.
@tallpowerhouseblonde I prefer morning workouts on an empty stomach. I don't realize I'm even hungry until the end, then I eat mainly fruits. Shower and have a decent breakfast, bred meat and eggs
@MsSwan lots of fish, green veggies, and fruit. No processed sugar or carbs. If I crave sweet, I have an apple with cinnamon, or bake a sweet potato with cinnamon.
