Disrupted circadian rhythm

So guys, you know we are supposed to wake up at the sunrise. And to sleep at the sunset. School makes us wake up before sunrise. It disrupts our sleep and makes us feel tired. Other than sleeping as much as you can before sunrise. What else can I do? I also sleep earlier and I have my room perfect for sleeping (curtains dragged, cool temperature)

most of what i see about having a healthy sleep schedule is about going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time every day. including your days off.

some people are naturally more awake at night. some people have a more traditional circadian rythym. it depends on your genetics and lifestyle. teach your body the schedule you want and hopefully it will help with your fatigue 👍

Oh no. How difficult for you.

Grandad spent 3 years flying at night, trying not to be killed by Nazis. So…

@Ema83748201 Not at all.

The things you chose to give in to, say things about you.

@WintaTheAngle oh come on what a great comment you gave me. Comparing me to your grandma thinking my situation isn't worth to address because your grandpa is struggling more
I go to bed around 4 pm and wake up around 9:00 pm, and I manage just fine.

@SooperSarah i asked for advice not useless comments
@Ema83748201 My point is the time you go to bed and wake up doesn't automatically determine if you're going to be tired or not. For example, your diet plays a huge role in your energy level. Not to mention everyone is different.

By the way, my answer was just as useful as your question.

@SooperSarah my bad! Yes i am hydrated i exercise i am not stressed nothing like that :(
they make an alarm that's supposed to help, instead of noise, it turns on (and fade up) a light to simulate sunrise.
