I had major depression for many years until I got medication. The meds saved my life. You can feel better when you see your doctor.
I know how hard it is to explain but doctors are trained to treat and understand. Your family doctor can help with this.

Go see a doctor. If you don't know where to begin, go to the ER and explain this to them, they will know exactly what kind of mental health professional you need. Please don't forget that medication can help you more than you know, but you have to talk to a doctor first. Get the help you need, you deserve it.

If you are an inpatient, ask the attending physician for more pain relief, such as codeine or OxyContin. If you are an outpatient, try extra-strength Tylenol.
Id say talk to a doc but depending on where you are that may be harder to do. I escape in my writing
