The great thing about being a single adult is you can eat whatever you like for any meal. I personally enjoy a 4 pack and a bottle of red for breakfast, just gives me that strength to get through the morning.

@helenS 'Full breakfast' depends on how far you want to go. The Wetherspoons pub-dining chain (branches all over the UK) has some pretty comprehensive propositions...
