@LeopoldBloom Not saying either did do it. But both had equal ability and that's just a fact. Being acting President wouldn't make it any easier. Like Blue said, it wouldn't be by executive order.

Depends on how entertaining it is. I enjoy a good fiction story, and the law of probability suggest that at least a certain percentage of conspiracy theories have to be correct, or at minimum correct parts.

Almost never. The only two that I give any credence to are the deaths of JFK and Epstein. I have no idea who the perpetrators might have been in either, if any.
