How often do you reflect on your week

And then think, why the f did I do that?? 😭
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
Live in the present, look to the future. What is behind you is of no matter.
Rambler · 61-69, M
My weeks aren't really interesting enough to reflect on :)
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Girl, I don't know what was yesterday... 😂
Mudkip · 31-35, M
Idk at least once a week
Every now and then. But these days, I have a better understanding of exactly why I’ve done the things I’d done that made things go so wrong. And it does help to understand the reasoning.
Pretzel · 61-69, M
nah, it's more like "gawd I made it through another one without getting fired or arrested - putting this week in the win column"
Tumbleweed · F
All the time. I look back at the week and try to find ways to make the upcoming week better. It doesn't always work, but a girl can dream...
I live in the present. I don’t reflect, I absorb everything.
Fawma123 · 46-50, M
Always leave the past behind
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
Never unless something comes up.
Every week 🥲
JPWhoo · 36-40, M
I’m autistic, I do that all the time. I often find myself thinking, “I can’t believe I was still doing things like X as recently as last year!”
smiler2012 · 61-69
[@emfromix] 🤔no point on dwelling on mistakes and things you could of handled better they are done and dusted move on lol 😆
Sapio · 51-55, M
I tend to forecast the week ahead rather than reflect on the week that passed.
iamBen · M
I've been fortunate and rarely regretted how my time was occupied.
chasingThursday · 36-40, M
I usually reflect on my whole life lol
mainvane · 61-69, M
sometimes, just before falling asleep
Hotelroom38 · 51-55, M
Its not so much a weekly thought...more daily for me 😅
funfan · 51-55, M
Hmm... not too often. Wbu, Em?
ArtieKat · M
Not very often nowadays. :-)
abbyred · 26-30, F
So, you have regrets?
exexec · 61-69, C
Almost never.
Strongtea · 22-25, M
Too often!
vetguy1991 · 51-55, M
Most Fridays
All the time.
But its more i relfect on dynamics of events....and if i could have helped it go a better way....or what i can do in the future to help bend negativity around me into something better.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
Lol fairly often.
But I've learned to let it slide and embrace my awkwardness
