How often do you reflect on your week

My weeks aren't really interesting enough to reflect on :)

All the time. I look back at the week and try to find ways to make the upcoming week better. It doesn't always work, but a girl can dream...

Idk at least once a week

Every now and then. But these days, I have a better understanding of exactly why I’ve done the things I’d done that made things go so wrong. And it does help to understand the reasoning.

nah, it's more like "gawd I made it through another one without getting fired or arrested - putting this week in the win column"

I'm from Georgia, but I moved to Florida in October. Same thing - You can take the girl out of Georgia, but...................

I’m autistic, I do that all the time. I often find myself thinking, “I can’t believe I was still doing things like X as recently as last year!”

I tend to forecast the week ahead rather than reflect on the week that passed.

I've been fortunate and rarely regretted how my time was occupied.

I do that all the time. But, I'll do it in days, and even months.
