What’s on the menu for your christmas meal?

Turkey crown, roast pork and crackling, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips, spiced red cabbage, carrots, brussel sprouts, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and gravy. For dessert Christmas pudding, sticky toffee pudding, black forest gateaux, mince pies with cream, brandy sauce or ice-cream. I'm cooking for twelve.

we don't celebrate christmas but since we're all on holiday mom is making mustard ham, shrimp cake, egg halves with shrimp, lemon slices, dill, minced red onion, mayonnaise, and roe. Pickled herring. Jansons frestelse (like a super yummy potato gratin), and we prolly have some variety of salmon. Probably a lot more too. And of course, lots and lots of alcohol.

I don't know. We are eating at someone else's house, and we are providing fudge.

Turkey with all the trimmings, all kinds of vegetables and carrot pudding with custard for dessert.
