What’s on the menu for your christmas meal?

- Croutons w/ livers
- Cold cuts, cheese, honey and olives
- Salad of fennel and oranges
- Aperitif (Campari time, babeh)

Main courses:
- Fresh (non-dried) tagliatelle w/ Bolognese ragù sauce
- Broth with 3 .. candies(?? I've no idea what it is, I guess ravioli of some sort)

Second:
Pork cheeks in red wine, w/ mashed potatoes

Desserts:
- Ricotta cake by my father
- Almond pie by my father
- Mascarpone cream w/ lingue di gatto (buttery vanilla scented thin biscuits)
