@ProfessorPlum77 I was in a Mennonite Church in small village in on Christmas Eve western Canada a number of years ago. There was lots of carol singing in English when suddenly without any signal a large part of the congregation got up and went to the front of the church. I was wondering what was happening when again without any signal the whole group began to sing Stille Sille Stille in German and A capella. It was stunning in its purity and simplicity. It is on YouTube but not as good as I remember from that little town all those many years ago.
