Make exercise a priority. As long as you get your heart rate up, I consider that burning calories. You can do jogging, but I suggest pilates or other exercises to tone or gain muscle(helps avoid saggy skin)
Exercise can come in many forms so dont be afraid to try out something new.Variety keeps it interesting so you're less likely to quit. Also stick to a schedule.
I would suggest eating lots of green foods(spinach, salads,) Fish is good.Try to get in fruits and vegetables into your diet everyday.Have a cheat day where you allow yourself something sweet.Stick to whole grain bread(avoid processed white bread).
Avoid overly salty foods(minimum amount) to avoid bloating and water retention which will make you feel bloated.Avoid sweets as much as possible.Learn how to read the nutritional info on the packaged of foods you eat.
It is hard at first to cut out any bad foods.Your body will be able to digest food easier with even small changes in your diet and you wont crave cheat foods as much anymore.
Most importantly is to find balance in your diet.
Results for weight loss are 80% what you eat, 20% exercise.
