I think it might sound crazy to you but i have experienced it so i will share it .. When you it try to eat mindfully , means don't have any kind of distractions around like no TV or no phone while eating , try to taste the food , feel it in your mouth & chew it 32 times ( that's science ), you will see results in days .. it will not only help you lose weight but will make more mindful in other parts of your life too :)
