People who have fainted - what caused it?

My friend and I did deliberate fainting where you bend over, take deep breaths, then you stand up straight against a flat surface and your friend pushes on your chest.

I was so disoriented when I came round I didn't know where I was but I put my shoes on and started walking home. I remember my friend asking "Why are you being gay?"

I never went to the doctor for it, but it used to happen quite a bit when I was young. Not really sure why but maybe blood pressure bottoming out?

ME/POTS... or, to be more specific, POTS. Seems like POTS likes to try to throw me on the floor regularly.

I think it is stress. I usually feel really sick and dizzy then I black out and wake up and throw up

Low blood sugar, low iron, and very heavy periods all make me faint.
