Why do our bodies have to age?

Sadly we had to age and grow to get to the good parts too. Remember when you were a kid and you couldn’t wait to grow up? Life is a journey through time that way.

I’m 34 and I’m feeling it 😅 Losing my hair really hit it home…

I can’t believe I made it this far. Mother Nature has definitely taken a toll though.

For the same reason as a fine wine, or so I keep telling myself.

You’re close to middle age at 26-30? 😂.
