Why do our bodies have to age?

From losing looks and losing everything and then dying.

Why Mother Nature why??!!

Getting close to middle age, feeling the crisis now.

Probably because once we're past our prime, evolution has deemed us to be useless so we age rapidly

@uikakarotuevegeta it seems like after age 35-45 nature just throw us away, hundreds of years ago life expectancy used to be around 30-40, guess our bodies are set on the same clock since.
