What emotion gives you the most trouble and why?

I have a temper.

And, nowadays, I don't stay quiet if it isn't fair.

Anger, for sure. There's a LOT of injustice in the world.

Even on a smaller more personal level, I struggle with anger at what I perceive as an unfair imbalance. I have to keep telling myself that even though I do a lot for someone, he has done a lot MORE for me in the past, and that he has a complete right NOT to share information about his business.

And then there's the cat. 🙀🙀🙀

Anger…I never want anyone to see me angry. Nothing gets accomplished that way. I prefer to be someone people can count on.

Passion.

nostalgia. it forces me to think about better times.

Nervousness? I can’t think when it’s happening

anxiety, because it effects ever area of my life

Careful fear
And dead devotion
I can't get the balance right

“Triggered”. I have actual PTSD and can be very irrational and violent.

Missing the one I love

An overshadowing feeling of despair I feel anytime I practice sexual abstinence.
