its good to have a routine that you enjoy.
when i was a member of a gym i would focus on weights and cardio and i'd do different exercises depending on the day. since i quit my gym membership i just do home aerobics and running outside. i will need to add weight training.

Cardio and squats are simple but practical ways to begin working out on yourself if you ain't very accustomed to it 🙂

Yes, to a degree. Keeping the legs strong, strengthens the core, i find important to overall health. 💪

I'm also fond of squats. It's an essential exercise for strength building. Along with the other compound staple like deadlifts, shoulder press and bench press.

Yes. But haven't for some time because of an injury but will get back to it next month. I prefer aerobic activity but use the weight machines also.
