Do you workout and do you have a favourite workout?

I kind of just started working out because I wanted more stamina to be able to keep up with certain things... and it's a really good excuse to leave the house. My favourite workout is definitely cardio and squats!

Cardio and squats are simple but practical ways to begin working out on yourself if you ain't very accustomed to it 🙂
