Do you think Admin should introduce a 'SW Contributor of the Month' award with the prize being a free VIP pass and all the donuts he/she can eat ?

All that would do is stir up hostility and animosity to the winner each month. Just like when they would choose monthly and annual employees of the year in our department. Some people who had never said anything negative about the rest would start their nasty complaining saying certain other people deserved it more. Happened every single time.
